Brad
Brad began his journey into the world of scuba diving in 2013.
After his initial PADI Open Water Course, he was hooked and quickly progressed under the guidance of great instructors and mentors to achieve his Instructor designation in 2017. In regards to instruction, Brad has always been focused on instilling a love of the sport into his students and above all else, producing safe, competent divers. When Brad is not teaching students in the water, he spends as much time as possible advancing his diving by taking on new challenges such as cave diving, closed circuit rebreather diving and multistage diving.
Susan
Susan received her PADI Open Water certification in 2013 and has since advanced to a PADI Instructor in 2023 and Advanced Sidemount diver. Susie can usually be found doing logistics behind the scenes or working in tandem with Brad instructing courses. When Susie is not diving, she enjoys spending her free time hiking with her pups and spending time with family.
Craig Werger
Craig Werger is a highly experienced technical diving instructor living in West Kelowna, BC. He began diving in the winter of 2007 and has since gained a multitude of experience teaching and exploring in many countries throughout the world.
Before moving back to the Kelowna area where he was born, Craig was working as a Technical Diving International instructor trainer and Instructor Evaluator in Thailand. He was teaching Full Cave, Extended Range, sidemount, technical diver & instructor courses. In addition to his technical diving background he has taught recreational specialty instructor courses with the PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer program at Ban’s Diving Resort, Koh Tao.
Craig is a JJ CCR Level 3 Advanced Trimix and CCR Full Cave diver. Some of his most extreme dives include 162m in Indonesia and 150m in a deep Thailand cave. He has spent many hours surveying caves and diving wrecks throughout Thailand and teaching multistage cave, cave surveyor, advanced wreck and technical sidemount cave courses. As an experienced cave and wreck diver he had an active involvement in wreck exploration projects around Thailand and has conducted educational and exploratory cave diving trips around Asia and Worldwide.
Prior to life in Thailand, Craig trained and worked as a Journeyman Heavy Duty Equipment Mechanic. With these skills as a base, he is a proficient Scuba Equipment Technician experienced in teaching, servicing and adjusting all types of SCUBA and Technical Diving Equipment. Craig is a passionate and dedicated instructor who will help develop your diving skills to the highest level. Hans & Echo
Hans and Echo are our lovable and goofy German Shepherds who serves as the Double Arrow Mascots. You will find them pretty much anywhere you find Susie, which is often at the dive site, whether that be on a course or just on a fun dive.
On a hot day, you will surely find them in the water with you.
